Hey can you help me something with in my phone the game is cut of on both edges it's not full screen and it's not only this even my youtube and some other games as well how can I make it full screen my phone is oppo f23

in my other phone it's not like this but in this phone even my YouTube and some other games is like this when they are not supposed to be so is there any way way to fix all this my phone is oppo f23  which is not full screen  and the other phone is samsung j2 pro which is full screen sorry that this is too long
